MAPULA'S TABLE 

Hello, I'm Mapula (aka Bonnie)! I've been catering and entertaining for a former president, diplomats, foreign dignitaries, friends, and my family for over 30 years. 

 

I'm originally from the tiny Caribbean island of Antigua, a paradise famous for its big and bold flavors, and tropical spices and smells. I currently reside in the United States in Washington, D.C.

 

I love traveling and have lived in England, Canada, Zimbabwe, the Democratic Republic of the Congo Puerto Rico, and Botswana. 

 

My dear friends in Botswana gave me the nickname "Mapula" which means "rain" in their native language, Tswana.
